About the event
Our bodies hold stories that are bright and tender, quiet and deep. They carry every breath of wonder, each ache of becoming, the vibration and hum of ancestral experience, and the truths that ask to be heard.
Join us for a full-day retreat where we will gather in sacred circle to body-map the places that speak. We will name discomfort with care, explore what is ours and what is ancestral, practice sacred listening, and stitch healing dolls, soft companions that hold your prayers, your lineage, your hopes and truths.
