Facilitated by: Donyelle Headington – Folkway LLC Format: 8-Week Online Course • Live on Zoom • Weekly 2-Hour Sessions Sliding Scale: $405–$801 • Payment Plans Available Limited to 12 Participants Ancestor Work as Spiritual Resistance – Level I is an immersive 8-week online journey into remembrance, healing, and the sacred practice of working with your ancestors as a living act of resistance. Together we’ll explore the foundations of ancestor veneration; how to build relationships with your Beloved Dead, create clear spiritual boundaries, and use remembrance as medicine for healing and liberation. This offering is my own heart’s work, practices that have carried me through grief, change, and transformation. You’ll be guided through storytelling, ceremony, journaling, and creative ancestral work designed to help you find clarity, strength, and connection. Each registration includes a Curated Ancestor Work Kit, mailed to your home before class begins. Your kit contains: A journal for creating your magical ancestor book Petition-writing supplies and prayer tools A complete Ancestor Doll Kit A zine of readings, prompts, and folk practices A small gift, chosen intuitively for your journey By the end of this course, you’ll have: A deeper connection with your ancestors Tools and rituals for safe, rooted ancestor work A clearer sense of spiritual boundaries and discernment Community with others walking similar paths Preparation for Level II: The Deeper Work This circle welcomes all levels of experience. Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I request at least 24 notice. My Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 40% of the reserved services. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
