Deepening the Circle: Spiritual Herbalism, 4-Part Garden Intensive
The Deva of Plantain
Sundays 10 AM – 1 PM | Four Weeks
Fifth Cohort
Location: In person at Duafe House Garden, 44th Ave North, Minneapolis, MN
(indoors if weather requires)
Each month we gather for four consecutive sessions devoted to one plant, meeting in the garden for an intimate, hands-on study.
In September, we turn to Plantain. Together we will explore its botany, folklore, magic, and spirit, noticing how the plant’s presence shows up in our lives, bodies, emotions, and memories.
Because this work invites vulnerability and deep listening, the circle remains small so each voice has space and each person has time to connect.
Over four weeks we will learn to identify Plantain, harvest with care, prepare it as food and medicine, and partner with its magical and spiritual gifts. Each session we share a plantain-infused brunch, check in with how the Plantain Deva is working in our lives, and work with the plant through ceremony, story, and craft.

-
Meet the spirit of Plantain and discover your unique connection

Would you like me to also condense this into a shorter social-media style invitation (just 2–3 sentences, more poetic and direct), to go alongside this longer description?
