Workshops and Classes
Ancestor, Healing and Spirit Doll workshops

Gather in a gentle, protected circle where we tenderly shape intention into a small spirit doll you can hug and hold. Each workshop follows the same soulful process but centers a different focus:
Ancestor Doll – connect with a specific ancestor or lineage you wish to honor and keep close.
Healing Doll – craft a figure that carries prayers of healing for yourself, a loved one, or the whole group.
Spirit Doll – embody another guiding energy (a goddess, principle, or elemental force) that supports your path.
Why it matters
Turning your prayers into a tangible doll lets you cradle, bless, and work with them in daily ritual—deepening dialogue with self, Spirit, and lineage.

Spiritual Herbalism
Deepening the Circle: Spiritual Herbalism — 4-Part Garden Intensive
Next Session, Dandelion
Each month we devote four consecutive Saturdays (10 AM – 1 PM) to a single plant, gathering in my North-Side garden for an intimate, hands-on study.
Together we explore its botany, folklore, magic, and spirit—tracking how the plant’s medicine moves through our bodies, emotions, and memories.
Because this work often invites vulnerability and deep processing, class size is kept small so everyone has room to speak, feel, and integrate.
Why it matters
-
Build a living relationship with one plant—learning to identify it in the wild, harvest respectfully, prepare it as food and medicine, and partner with its magical and spiritual qualities for nourishment, protection, and insight.
Schedule
-
Four Saturdays each month
