Dates, Sundays, September 7, 14, 21, 28 Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Location: North Minneapolis Garden Cost: Sliding scale \$150 – \$300 for the full series (payment plans & scholarships available) About the Series Each month we devote four consecutive sessions to a single plant, meeting in my North Minneapolis garden for an intimate, hands-on study. In September, our focus is Plantain, a grounded and steadfast healer found in overlooked and well-trod spaces. We will explore its botany, folklore, magic, and spirit, tracking how the plant’s medicine moves through body, emotions, and memory. This is slow, deep work. The small group size ensures each participant has space to share, reflect, and integrate. The Experience * Meet the spirit of Plantain and discover your unique connection * Explore magical, physical, and spiritual ways to work with the plant * Create a Plantain preparation to bring into your home practice * Listen for the guidance and medicine Plantain offers you personally * Learn through story, touch, taste, and ritual * Leave with both a deeper relationship to the Plant Deva and medicine you have made yourself You'll get: * A Plantain-infused garden brunch each week * One session of cooking together with Plantain * Fresh plant material each class * Medicine-making such as tincture, salve, or ritual item * Craft project such as an amulet, altar tool, or botanical art * Monthly plant-focus zine * Guided meditations, journaling prompts, and group sharing This series is for anyone wishing to form a living relationship with a plant and integrate it into their magical, physical, and spiritual practice. All levels of experience are welcome. Registration Sliding scale \$150 – \$300 for the full four-class series. Payment plans and limited scholarships available.
